Dear Resellers,

UK mobile Operator O2 informed us that they will block our roaming SIM range 078221 if we will not lower the revenue on this range. To prevent the blocking on our range we have now agreed to lower our revenue. I have now attached the new call divert rates effective tomorrow the 18^th of May 2012. Please sent us back you end user rates asap. We understand that this is a short notice and in order to protect you we will load the end user rates as attached until we will receive an update from you.

This action forced us to change the call divert charge at first stage. Next month we will also have to change the incoming rates. As currently affecting only O2 callers we are working on a solution for the rest of the UK networks which we hope it will be ready start of next month.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused as this decision was out of our control.

Our service working on O2, Orange, Tesco and GiffGaff  maybe changing at anytime without any notice, there is no warrenty with the sim cards we sell.
